Hakos Baelz is one of the playable characters in HoloCure: Save the Fans!. She belongs to the group HoloCouncil and can be unlocked through the Character Gacha. Her Main Weapon is Play Dice, her Special Attack is Absolute Chaos, and she has three other unique skills: Down Under, CRATical Hit, and RatNG.

Alongside the rest of HoloCouncil, HoloMyth and IRyS, Baelz is one of the 11 characters available in Version 0.3 - the first public version of the game.

The dice ricochet up to 3 times in a random direction upon hitting an enemy.
Dice value multiplier is applied directly to the base damage before any other modifications.
- As such, it does not affect the bonus damage from enhancement ranks and Growth.
Play Dice is affected by the area increase of Knightly Milk.

Absolute Chaos functions by granting Baelz an additional 99900% Haste for the duration.
- Due to this, Absolute Chaos still respects each weapon's minimum attack time limit, meaning that rather than "zero delay", all weapons will be launced at "minimum delay". Additionally, weapons and weapon effects that are unaffected by Haste will also be unaffected by Absolute Chaos.

CRATical Hit

Affects all weapons.
CRATical Hit stacks additively with other critical damage bonuses.
Occasionally, CRATical Hit will fail to trigger resulting in the critical damage not getting applied. When this happens, the damage text will still be colored as if the damage was a critical hit. This is likely a bug that will be fixed in a future update.

RatNG

Level 1

Reduce all attack damage by 15%, but increase Crit chance by 30%.

Level 2

Reduce all attack damage by 7%, but increase Crit chance by 30%.

Tips

Since Baelz does not possess any attack-boosting skills, weapons and items that increase her raw attack damage are ideal and synergize well with her critical-based loadout.
While usually risky, Face Mask and Injection Type Asacoco are valid options as her Down Under skill can keep enemies at bay. The drawback of Injection Type Asacoco can also be mitigated with Body Pillow and/or Nurse's Horn.

Play Dice name comes from Baelz's original song of the same name.^[1]
Down Under is a term commonly used to refer to Australia, from which Baelz hails from.
Absolute Chaos and Bae's RNG focus skill sets(Play Dice,CRATical Hit,RatNG) are based on her lore as the Warden of Chaos. With CRATical Hit and RatNG obvious referencing and her design as a rat girl.
Baelz has the highest SPD stat of any character currently in the games, at 1.6.
- Baelz's SPD is also the only stat of any character to fully fill its respective UI bar on the character select screen.
