Data Collection, Secret Agent, Silencer Pistol, and Stealth Mode are all based on Zeta's character lore as a secret agent, sent to the virtual world of hololive to gather data for the Secret Archive Unit. Silencer Pistol is an original creation, though Zeta did later receive an alternate outfit with a gun accessory.[1][2]
Cat(?) Reflexes is a reference to a fan meme about Zeta, where she is seen as a cat due to the design of her hair buns resembling cat ears. While Zeta herself denies that she is a cat, she has acknowledged the meme to some degree, such as occasionally calling herself a "Catlord" and having an alternate outfit with cat-ear headphones.
