Ouro Kronii is one of the playable characters in HoloCure: Save the Fans!. She belongs to the group HoloCouncil and can be unlocked through the Character Gacha. Her Main Weapon is Clock Hands, her Special Attack is Ruler of Time, and she has three other unique skills: Time Bubble, Kroniicopter, and Perfection.

Alongside the rest of HoloCouncil, HoloMyth and IRyS, Kronii is one of the 11 characters available in Version 0.3 - the first public version of the game.

Each blast of Ruler of Time freezes all enemies on the screen for 2 seconds. New enemies that appear can move, but will be frozen by the next blast.
- Some enemies are immune to the freeze effect.
A blast grows to its full size over its duration.

Time Bubble is affected by the area increase of Knightly Milk.
Time Bubble is affected by Haste, with a lower attack time limit.
- This lower limit is achieved at 145% Haste.
Halloween Bae's danmaku attacks damage Kronii, even while inside the Time Bubble.

Kroniicopter

Level 1

Increase SPD and Haste by 10%. If Clock Hands lands a critical hit, gain another 10% SPD and Haste for 5 seconds.

Level 2

Increase SPD and Haste by 15%. If Clock Hands lands a critical hit, gain another 15% SPD and Haste for 5 seconds.

Level MAX

Increase SPD and Haste by 20%. If Clock Hands lands a critical hit, gain another 20% SPD and Haste for 5 seconds.

Tips

Body Pillow can be used to maintain Kronii's Perfection skill, as its shield allows Kronii to take hits without losing HP. While less reliable, Headphones can also used to prevent HP loss in the event of enemy contact.
In Hardcore Mode, due to the character's maximum health being set to 1, Kronii can use Injection-Type Asacoco and benefit from its attack buff while still maintaining her Perfection skill.

Trivia

Clock Hands is directly based on Kronii's clock hands swords as seen on her full portrait art.^[1] While infrequently seen on her regular stream due to screen real-estate limitations, the clocks hands are often used in her 3D streams especially to bully her Kronies.^[2]
Ruler of Time and Time Bubble is based on a common interpretation of Council's lore where Kronii and the other members are the personification of their concept rather than just representive for Gods of those concept,^[1] resulting in jokes such as replacing the word time with Kronii like "Kronii fly" or "Kronii healed all wound".
- Ruler of Time is could be a mistake of the dev team as Kronii actual title is the Warden of Time.^[1] It could just be an acknowledgement of Kronii's canonical ability to manipulate time (to cheat at Mario Party) despite just being a warden which is reference by Time Bubble.^[3]
Kroniicopter is based on a term coined at the time her design was revealed during Council's pre-debut where people compared the large clock silhouette behind her head to helicopter rotors. Kronii herself has since embraced the term as her own including using the concept for her 2021 HOLOween 3D model.^[4]
The Perfection skill is a reference to Kronii's onscreen narcissism, as she likes to refer to herself as "perfect".^[5]
