Description	When defeating a target, there is a 30% chance to life-steal 2 HP. If taking a hit while HP is less than 15%, there is a chance to heal 20% HP.

Nurse's Horn is an item that grants a chance to heal the player upon defeating a target. It also grants a chance to heal HP when getting hit while having low HP. It is unlocked by default.

Level 1

When defeating a target, there is a 30% chance to life-steal 2 HP. If taking a hit while HP is less than 15%, there is a chance to heal 20% HP.

Level 2

When defeating a target, there is a 30% chance to life-steal 4 HP. If taking a hit while HP is less than 15%, there is a chance to heal 25% HP.

Level MAX

When defeating a target, there is a 30% chance to life-steal 6 HP. If taking a hit while HP is less than 15%, there is a chance to heal 30% HP.

Super Nurse's Horn

Level MAX

When defeating a target, there is a 30% chance to life-steal 8 HP, then a further 5% of max HP. If taking a hit while HP is less than 15%, there is a chance to heal 30% HP.

Notes

• At all upgrade levels including Super, the flat healing of Nurse Horns can only trigger once every 12 frames (five times a second).
• The chance of healing upon taking a hit while below 15% HP is 4% at all levels, including Super.

Trivia

• The item is a reference to the hololive member Yuzuki Choco.
• In early iterations of HoloCure, this item was titled Succubus' Horn.
  • Choco (or Choco-sensei/Chocosen as she is typically called by other members) is commonly mistaken for a Succubus due to her sensual design as well her very provocative content but she is just a very sexy devil. Basically the dev team may have unintentionally referenced this joke.
