Description	Attacks deal 1.2 times damage if the target is farther than 130px away from the player. If less than 130px away, damage is reduced by 10%.

Devil Hat is an item that increases damage to enemies beyond 130px, but decreases damage to enemies closer than that. It is unlocked by dealing 1000 Damage to an enemy in a single attack.

Attacks deal 1.4 times damage if the target is farther than 130px away from the player. If less than 130px away, damage is reduced by 10%.

Level MAX

Attacks deal 1.6 times damage if the target is farther than 130px away from the player. If less than 130px away, damage is reduced by 10%.

Notes

• Kusogaki Shackles only reduces Devil Hat's damage penalty amount. It will not affect its range threshold.
  • At maximum level it will completely negate the damage reduction.
