Kusogaki Shackles is an item in HoloCure - Save the Fans!. It is unlocked by completing the 
Kusogaki Power achievement, which requires surviving for at least 10 minutes in a single run with 
Murasaki Shion. Players will receive the achievement whether they win or lose the run.
Kusogaki Shackles reduces (and at max level, cancels) the negative effects of other items.
Upgrades
Kusogaki Shackles
Level 1
Reduce the negative effects of any items placed on the player by 33%.
Level 2
Reduce the negative effects of any items placed on the player by 66%.
Level MAX
Negate any negative effects of items placed on the player.
Behavior
- The items that
Kusogaki Shackles interacts with include 
Breastplate, 
Candy Kingdom Sweets, 
Energy Drink, 
Face Mask, 
Gorilla's Paw, 
Hope Soda, 
Injection Type Asacoco, 
Membership, 
Raven Feather (
HoloCoin loss only), 
Stolen Piggy Bank, and 
Super Sake (aiming penalty). The effects that are mitigated/removed are generally highlighted in red. 
Halu is not affected by the Shackles, since the Shackles only affect negative effects on the player, but not any bonuses to mobs.- Negative effects of skills are unaffected, since the Shackles only affect items.

Trivia
- The item is a reference to La+ Darknesss based on the shackles around her neck, arms, and ankles, which in her lore are supposed to keep her powers in check.
