Broken Dreams

Broken Dreams is a weapon in HoloCure - Save the Fans!. It can be obtained through a collab between CEO's Tears and Spider Cooking.

Broken Dreams generates a bubble shield around the player that constantly damages and slows enemies in its radius, and also causes a randomized rain of damaging tears to bombard the entire screen.

The lower attack time limit can be achieved at 1043% Haste.
While a bubble is active, a set of raindrops is fired at random locations every 8 frames (0.13 s).
- This rate is unaffected by Haste. However, because raindrops are fired for every active bubble, they will still indirectly benefit from it.
Effects that increase attack count only affect the amount of raindrop projectiles.
Raindrops do not slow.
Slow does not stack with Frozen Sea.
Broken Dreams has a custom split count of 6, meaning that it is considered to have 6 projectiles for the purposes of splitting weapon damage bonuses from enhancements and Growth.

Damage has been decreased.
- Bubble damage increased from 80% (6 – 10) to 100% (8 – 12).
- Rain damage reduced from 300% (27 – 33) to 120% (10 – 14).

This collab is a reference to the meme where YAGOO's dreams of building an idol company is broken due to how un-idol-like hololive members acts.
- The Japanese version's description instead translates as "No idols, only comedians".
