Eldritch Horror periodically creates a massive, eldritch-looking whirlpool underneath enemies that continuously damages and slows them. In addition, when an enemy is defeated inside the whirlpool, there is a chance that the player will recover a random amount of HP, up to 5% of their maximum.
Summons unknown horrors. May Life-steal up to 5% HP from targets defeated in whirlpool.

Eldritch Horror could be a reference to Akai Haato's (AKA "Haachama") (in)famous Australia arc where she was forced to focus more on video contents instead of live-streaming due to limitations related to slow internet speeds, as well as COVID restrictions preventing her from going back to Japan. The arc consists of increasingly weird and unhinged vlog-esque videos as she would slowly embrace her Haachama nickname, which itself became a larger persona with its own story arc.
One type of content that she made during this period was experimental cooking video and streams, which are referenced by Spider Cooking.
The collab could also be a general reference to cosmic horror-related jokes and memes associated with Hololive members such as Haachama (again)[1], Ina,[2] or Mumei[3].
