Stream of Tears is a weapon in HoloCure: Save the Fans!. It can be obtained through a collab between Fan Beam and CEO's Tears. The weapon creates two permanent beams of tears pointed in opposite directions that spin counterclockwise around the player, dealing continous damage on contact.

Note, that while "+1 Projectile" and "Cooldown -10%" are possible enchantments for Stream Of Tears, they have no effect on the weapon whatsoever, as it is not a Multishot type weapon and its base attack time is already at its lower limit.
