Sausage is a basic weapon in HoloCure: Save the Fans!. It is unlocked by defeating the Stage 4 final boss.

Sausage swings in an arc at the target closest to the player.

Trivia

The weapons is a direct reference to mobile PvP game Sausage Legend, popularized in the Hololive Community by Oozora Subaru's streams where she would play it with her viewers who often show up with inappropriate but hilarious names.^[1]
- The sequel Sausage Legend 2 had an official collaboration with Hololive featuring three Hololive themed skins: A Subaru skin, an Idol Subaru skin, and a Hakui Koyori skin. The Subaru sausages are referenced in HoloCure as the Legendary Sausage.^[2]
Kay Yu was given permission by Sausage Legend studio to use their game as a reference in HoloCure.^[3]
