Psycho Axe is a weapon in HoloCure: Save the Fans!. It is unlocked by default.

Psycho Axe throws an axe projectile that spirals outward from the player.

Increase damage by 33%, and size by 20%.

Increase attack size by 50%.

Trivia

Suisei's Membership Emoji which includes a golden axe.

This weapon is a direct reference to Hololive member Hoshimachi Suisei and her tendency to be very violent and ruthless when she plays multiplayer games, earning her the nickname "Suicopath". The axe became a symbol of her merciless behavior as a result of the streams of the werewolf game Project Winter, where Suisei, whenever she gets the role of Traitor, would massacre the Survivor teams, often defeating multiple opponents at once, wielding an axe as her signature weapon.^[1]
A golden axe is an official emote in Suisei's chat, although its design is different to the one in game.
