Frozen Sea is a weapon in HoloCure: Save the Fans!. It can be obtained through a collab between BL Book and Wamy Water. The weapon surrounds the player in a permanent ring of damaging books that independently fire rapid ice shards at targets, dealing additional damage and slowing them.
Book attack count is used for the purposes of splitting weapon damage bonuses from enhancements and Growth.
Enchantments

Cooldown -10%
+Knockback Effect
Note, that while "Cooldown -10%" is a possible enchantment for Frozen Sea, it has no effect on the weapon whatsoever, as its base attack time is already at its lower limit.
Both the item icon and the in game sprite for Frozen Sea features both Marine's Pirate Hat and Lamy's Hair Flower making it a reference to the two. The ice motif could also be referencing Lamy's lore as a snow elf and her ice attack from the 2nd Hololive Alternative trailer.[1]
