Short height does not appear to have a cooldown period, and is capable of procing in quick succession when moving through crowds of targets.
Short Height only triggers if shield health is 0. This is unlike the item Headphones, which does not change with respect to shield health.
Short Height doesn't actually give 30/40/50% SPD stat, but multiplies Gura's speed by 1.3/1.4/1.5 times instead.
Speed bonus does not stack with itself. Triggering Short Height while the previous buff is active refreshes the duration.

Gura turning red during Shark Call is a reference to her original song REFLECT.[1]
Red Gura is sometimes called George based on the time Sakura Miko called Gura "George" during 2021 Summer Festival on the Hololive Minecraft server. Miko meant to say "Jaws" in reference to the popular shark movie but her lisp Japanese accent caused Gura to mishear it as George.[2] Gura has since embraced the name.[3]
Short Height referencing Gura being the second shortest member of HoloEN with 141cm (only after Koseki Bijou's 140cm), and its the fourth shortest HoloPro member (as of writing) after Himemori Luna, Koseki Bijou and Laplus Darknesss in that order. [4]
Gura's art on the character selection screen is one pixel shorter than the rest, possibly making fun of her stature.
The concept for Shark Call, Phoenix Fire and The Reaper is likely based on the popular Myth's Bad End (formerly known as HoloMyth vs Ina) fan animation by @Mazumaro. For Gura specifically, Gura's transformation into Red Gura and the water shark attack are likely based directly on a scene from that animation.[5]
