The Limiter is an item that vastly increases Pick Up Range. It is unlocked by clearing the "Limiter Released" achievement (surviving for 10 minutes in a single run with 
Tsukumo Sana).

Gain 100% Pick Up Range.
Level 2
Gain 200% Pick Up Range.
Level MAX
Gain 300% Pick Up Range.
Super Limiter
Level MAX
Gain 500% Pick Up Range. EXP and HoloCoin gain is increased by 15%.
Trivia
- This item is a reference to former hololive English talent Tsukumo Sana wearing a size limiter on her head as part of her lore to shrink down her size to able to experience Earth. Without the limiter, her original height was 1,697,840 km and her height was 169 cm with the limiter.
- During her graduation stream, Sana removed her limiter one last time and dropped it on Earth as a gift to the Sanallites.[1]
