Holo X Break is a classic style beat-em-up game developed by Kay Yu the creator of HoloCure: Save the Fans!. Like HoloCure, Holo X Break is a fan game, featuring hololive VTuber talents. The game was released on Steam on March 29th, 2024 under hololive production's holo Indie fan game label.[1]
Gameplay
In Holo X Break the player fights through various stages as one of the talents from hololive 5th generation (known as NePoLaBo) to stop the plans of the Secret Society holoX to take over the world. Each character is equipped with unique attacks and abilities. Throughout the stages, the players can find various hololive related equipment and consumable offensive and defensive items that can help them in battle. At the end of each stage, the player will encounter one of the holoX's members in a boss fight. The game features a local multiplayer, which is planned to receive an online update in the future.[1]
