Sakura Gohei is a reference to Miko's lore as the Miko (巫女, Shinto Shrine Maiden) of Sakura Shrine.
A Gohei is a Shinto religious wand use in purification ceremony which fits into HoloCure lore about saving fans.
Demon Lord's Domain references the time Miko built a demon lord castle in Hololive JP's Minecraft server while acting as its lord. This also coincides with the beginning of Miko's obsession with using the Dragon Head accessory.
Elite is an iconic catchphrase of Miko, used mostly as an adjective to describe herself and her actions. Fans take this as opportunity to label everything she does, especially her less than flattering moments as "elite".
Baby Language? references Miko's infamous lisp Japanese accent that even fellow Hololive members (including herself) admit being comparable to watching someone speaking in a different language.[1] The joke has evolved in such a way that fans often joke about how Miko's (and Haachama's) position in Hololive English's Japanese proficiency ranking keeps dropping every time a new EN or ID member, who could speak Japanese debuted (currently includes: Calli, Kiara, Ina, IRyS, Bae, Sana and both girls of FUWAMOCO).[2][3][4]
Nyeh (にぇ, also spelled Nye) is an iconic verbal tic that came from her attempt at saying Ne(ね, Japanese equivalent to English, isn't it? or right?) with her accent. The phrase has gain a life of its own and even Miko herself sometime does not know what her Nyeh means.[5]
The title pictured in Eroge Hero is the adult visual novel Sabbat of the Witch (Sanoba Witch in Japanese). The skill in general is a reference to Miko's love for eroge as well as her Miko-oji (perverted old man Miko) moments.
The choice of Sabbat of the Witch specifically likely references one of the two incidents where Miko accidentally opened an eroge while streaming.[6][7]
Miko has gone on record to say that Yuzusoft, the developer of Sabbat of the Witch, is one of her favourite eroge brands.[8] She would later play their non-pornographic games on stream as part of an official collab, although she had already streamed several Yuzusoft games even before that.
She is nearly guaranteed to lose against Watame in Usada Casino's Tsunomaki Janken (Rock-Paper-Scissors) game.
